2 ripe bananas
1 cup applesauce
1.5 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup chopped walnuts or almonds
½ cup dried cranberries, raisins, or both
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place ripe bananas in a bowl and mash until creamy. Add applesauce, oats, vanilla, cinnamon, fruit and nuts. Using a spoon, drop cookie dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
