Chai Pumpkin Shake
¼ c pumpkin puree (organic if possible)
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Dash of cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp chai latte mix
5 ice cubes
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and mix on high until smooth.
