2 cups garbanzo beans
3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons tahini paste
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1. In a food processor, combine beans, garlic, tahini, olive oil, and spinach.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add lemon juice, paprika and sea salt. Process until mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
