Lean Beef Chili
1 pound Blue Ribbon Foods ground beef or turkey meat
1 whole chopped onion
3 Tbs. chili powder
3 Tbs. cumin
3 Tbs. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 - 28 oz organic can crushed tomatoes
1 - 15 oz can organic beans of your choice
1. Heat 1 Tbs oil in large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion, chili powder, and cumin powder.
3. Stir occasionally so onion doesn't burn.
4. Add one-pound ground lean meat and cook until no longer pink.
5. Add crushed tomatoes and beans.
6. Stir and continue to heat for approximately 1-hour.
7. Add additional seasoning if desired.
