1 1/4 cups Gluten free flour mix
2 teaspoons aluminum free baking powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 Tablespoons of honey
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 Tablespoons melted butter (organic if possible)
1 cup almond, or coconut milk
1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl till smooth.
2. Cook in skillet on medium heat until golden on each side and done all of the way through.
