Quinoa Instead of Oatmeal
¾ c cooked quinoa
½ c unsweet almond or coconut milk
Top with ¼- ½ c Blue Ribbon Foods blueberries or raspberries
1-2 tsp pure maple syrup or honey
1-2 Tbs. toasted walnuts or pecans
1. Cook quinoa.
2. Add almond milk.
3. Top with remaining ingredients and microwave or re-heat on stove till nuts, fruit become desired tenderness.
