2 15 oz. cans organic chickpeas/garbanzo beans
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander
¼ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp salt
Dash cayenne pepper
1. Pre-heat oven to 400° F.
2. Drain and rinse chickpeas, then pat dry.
3. Whisk together olive oil and spices. Add chickpeas and toss until well coated.
4. Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast in oven for 35 minutes.
