8 oz. Blue Ribbon Foods cooked shrimp, chopped to desired chunk size
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (fresh is best)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Serve with corn chips, crackers or vegetables.
