1 lb lean ground beef
1 c fire roasted tomato to taste (from can)
Dash of oregano to taste
Dash of basil
Dash of thyme
Dash hot red pepper
Dash black pepper
chili powder to taste
- Brown meat in a skillet and drain all fat.
- Pour tomatoes onto meat and simmer for 5 minutes with oregano, basil, thyme, hot pepper, black pepper, and chili powder.
- Spoon onto gluten free bread and eat!
