Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos
1 lb. Blue Ribbon Foods Chicken Thighs
1 Tbsp. homemade taco seasoning
½ cup salsa
1 Tbsp. dried onion
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. dried garlic
½ tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp corn starch
1. Add all ingredients to crock-pot. Set on low and cook for 3-4 hours.
2. Remove chicken and shred.
3. Serve with tortillas, avocado, tomato and lettuce.
