Thai Steak Skillet
12 oz. Blue Ribbon flat iron steaks
3 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup Blue Ribbon onion chopped
1 cup Blue Ribbon green pepper chopped
1 cup Blue Ribbon carrots chopped
Gluten free Asian peanut sauce to taste - approx. ¼ c
Hot pepper to taste
Served over ½ cup brown rice or quinoa
1. Combine all ingredients into large skillet cover and cook till vegetable are soft and serve over brown rice, barley or quinoa.
