Teriyaki Salmon w/ Green Beans

Ingredients-Salmon

1 Blue Ribbon Foods Package of Farm Raised Salmon

3 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce

3 TBSP Hoisin Sauce

3 TBSP Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1 TBSP White Vinegar

1 TBSP Sesame Oil

2 TBSP Fresh Shredded Ginger

1 tsp Minced Garlic

1/3 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar

 

Preparation

  1. Thaw Blue Ribbon Foods Salmon in warm water for 2-5 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat Oven to 400°.
  3. Mix together 3 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce, 3 TBSP Hoisin Sauce, 3 TBSP Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 TBSP White Vinegar, 1 TBSP Sesame Oil, 2 TBSP Fresh Shredded Ginger, 1 tsp Minced Garlic and 1/3 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar.
  4. Pour half of mix over thawed Salmon in a medium size bowl. Cover once coated and let marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  5. Once thoroughly marinated place on a non-stick pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Pour other half of mix into a small sauce pan and simmer on low heat for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Once Salmon is done baking take reduction sauce and drizzle over filet.
  8. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients-Green Beans

2 Blue Ribbon Foods Package of Green Beans

1 tsp Minced Garlic

1TBSP Olive Oil

½ Fresh Lemon Juiced

1 tsp Lemon Zest

¼ tsp Pepper Flakes

Salt & Pepper (for taste)

 

Preparation

  1. Thaw Blue Ribbon Foods green beans in warm water for 2-5 minutes.
  2. Pour 1 TBSP olive oil in a pan on medium heat, sauté 1 tsp minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ¼ tsp pepper flakes and stir thoroughly with sautéed garlic before adding green beans.
  4. While stirring green beans continuously add 1 tsp lemon zest, and a little salt and pepper for taste.
  5. Cover and let steam for 5-7 minutes. At about 4 minutes squeeze half of a fresh lemon over beans and cover again.
  6. Once cooked thoroughly, enjoy!
